Melango app is developed, maintained and completely owned by Melango Education Private Limited. This SERVICE is provided by Melango Education Private Limited and is intended for use as is.

All data is securely stored in Google Cloud services located in data centers within India, and all processing occurs using Google Cloud resources, also hosted in India only.

We may also share certain data with third-party service providers such as Google Cloud and Firebase Analytics for analytics and service improvement purposes.

Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and personal data, please go to the app's Settings page and click on "Delete Account." Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated, all data will be permanently deleted, and you will no longer be able to log in. Profile pictures can be deleted at any time from the Profile section of the app. Please note that deleting your account will remove access to all subscription features and any in-app purchases associated with that account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No Cancellations: Once you've subscribed to our services, the subscription cannot be canceled before its expiration date. We provide continuous access to our learning resources and live sessions throughout the subscription period.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any subscription or in-app purchases. Our policy is designed to be fair and consistent for all users.

Mandate Policy for Melango Education Private Limited

Introduction: This mandate policy (the "Policy") sets forth the terms under which Melango Education Private Limited (referred to as "Melango", "we", "us", or "our") will process recurring payments. By setting up a subscription or agreeing to make installment payments, you ("Customer", "Subscriber", "you", "your") agree to this Policy and authorize Melango to automatically debit your designated payment method.
Authorization: By accepting these terms, you authorize Melango and its designated payment processor, acting as its agent, to store your payment information and process these payments as per the agreed-upon schedule.
